Licence Condition
The licensee must engage a NSW EPA accredited Site Auditor throughout the duration of works required under the LEMP and LMCP, to review any reports on hazardous ground gases and contaminated land matters which are submitted to the EPA.
For any report on hazardous ground gases and contaminated land matters, the licensee must submit to the EPA an interim audit advice from the Site Auditor commenting on the appropriateness of the report/s.
Before the licence can be surrendered to the EPA, the licensee must submit to the EPA a Section B Site Audit Statement certifying that the nature and extent of contamination has been determined and that the requirements of the LCMP have been fulfilled to ensure that there will be no unacceptable risks to human health and environment.
